I.A.J.E. Interviews This week there are about 7000 musicians and teachers in New York City for the annual International Association of Jazz Educators Conference. It's always a great "hang". It just kills me not to be there this year. I always run into so many old friends and am shocked hearing so many new great players from all over the world. I had the pleasure of playing at the Conference in L.A. in 1985.
I.A.J.E. is a great resource and tool for young musicians and provides a huge opportunity for pros to perform in schools and do clinics/workshops all year.
