Pianist Tim Lyddon is making his debut in the Tokyo area. From the US, Tim has played at many jazz clubs in NYC including Birdland and Sweet Basil. He has also performed in Losangeles, Phoenix, Houston, Pennsylvania, new Jersey and Las Vegas. 2 Cds have been produced-Ive Traveled So Far and Shades of People. Both have been well received in the Tokyo area.
" He's armed with a slightly irreverent sense of humor that is sprinkled throughout Shades of People. It's safe to say Lyddon never met a
motif he could'nt weave into the fabric of an intro. He does it on all six standards and each is a delight.

"The Leonard Berstein ballad "Somewhere" is given an exquisite trio treatment with the band members acting in empathic unison. Chalk up another superb trio recording from Tim Lyddon. He makes it a pleasure to listen to jazz music."
